Terrell Carl Williams pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct. Williams was ordered to
serve 7 days in jail and fined $100.00.
Curtis Michael Smith pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
Smith received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Smith
was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 Batterer's
Education Program.
Robert Neil Gullion pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Gullion was
placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Gullion was required to participate
in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Dustin Ray Ely pled guilty to Harassment 1st Degree, Domestic Abuse Assault
Causing Bodily Injury, and Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Ely was placed on probation
for 2 years and fined $1255.00. Ely was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation,
participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, complete any programming
assigned by Probation, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Jose Favian Esparza-Lopez pled guilty to Assault. Esparza-Lopez was ordered to serve
30 days in jail.
Jason Gene McDonnell stipulated that he willfully violated a No-Contact Order on
February 7, 2010. McDonnell was found in contempt and sentenced to 15 days in jail.
Mark Alan Greene pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Greene was placed on probation
for 1 year and fined $65.00. Greene was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation,
participate in the 36 Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 1 year No-Contact
Order.
