Domestic Abuse Dispositions
05/16/2011

On May 16, 2011, Brandon Eric Peary pleaded guilty to Child Endangerment. Peary was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $625.00. Peary was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and complete any recommended treatment, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and submit to random drug/alcohol testing.

On May 16, 2011, Allen Wayne Brendeland pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Brendeland received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Brendeland was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.

On May 16, 2011, Chris Leland John Davis was found in contempt for violating the terms of probation. Davis’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

On May 16, 2011, Curtis Michael Smith stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Smith’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 1 year in jail and fined $315.00.

On May 17, 2011, James Donahey pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Donahey was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Donahey was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.

On May 17, 2011, Stacey Wears pleaded guilty to Assault. Wears received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Wears was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 1 year No-Contact Order.

On May 17, 2011, Zachary Brooks pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Brooks was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Brooks was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On May 17, 2011, Nathan Swinton pleaded guilty to Assault. Swinton was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Swinton was required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and complete any recommended treatment.

On May 17, 2011, Tammy Swisher pleaded guilty to Assault. Swisher received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Swisher was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete 40 hours of community service, complete the Assaultive Behavior Class, obtain a substance abuse evaluation and a psychological evaluation, and complete any recommended treatment.

On May 17, 2011, Raymond Aldrich, III pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Aldrich was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Aldrich was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On May 17, 2011, Mallory Brandenburg pleaded guilty to Harassment 3rd Degree. Brandenburg was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00.

On May 17, 2011, Monte Lee Jimmerson pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Jimmerson was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Jimmerson was required to obtain a psychological evaluation and complete any recommended treatment and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On May 17, 2011, Jeff Donald Bassett pleaded guilty to Assault. Bassett received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Bassett was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On May 17, 2011, Tamar Montell Collins pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Collins was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Collins was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and complete the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.

On May 17, 2011, Derek Ray Baldwin pleaded guilty to Harassment 1st Degree and Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Baldwin was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $940.00. Baldwin was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On May 17, 2011, Adrian Dupree Cole pleaded guilty to Harassment 1st Degree. Cole was ordered to serve 60 days in jail and fined $625.00.

On May 17, 2011, Gerry Alan Pitts pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Pitts was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Pitts was required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order. Pitts also stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Pitts was found in contempt and ordered to serve 12 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

On May 18, 2011, Bao Dinh Tran pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Tran was ordered to serve 15 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Tran was fined $315.00 and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On May 19, 2011, Byong Ju Yi pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Yi was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Yi was fined $315.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On May 19, 2011, Andrew Lee Lamp pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Harassment 1st Degree. Lamp was ordered to serve 63 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Lamp was fined $1,250.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On May 19, 2011, Aaron Michael Goeders pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Goeders was ordered to serve 11 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Goeders was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On May 19, 2011, Cory Dean Stonehocker pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Stonehocker was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On May 19, 2011, Montrell Demond Thompson pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Thompson was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $625.00. Thompson was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and participate in a parenting program as assigned by the Department of Corrections.

On May 19, 2011, Danny Joe Manley pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Manley was ordered to serve 37 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Manley was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On May 19, 2011, Jack Johnson, III pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief. Johnson was ordered to serve 120 days in jail and fined $625.00. Johnson was required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

05/20/2011

On May 20, 2011, Richard Osmond McLachlan stipulated to violating the terms of probation. McLachlan was found in contempt and ordered to serve 9 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.
