Domestic Abuse Dispositions
5/17/2010

Habtom Fanveal Gebraeb pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct. Gebraeb was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class.

Humberto Rodrigues-Urquizu pled guilty to Assault. Rodrigues-Urquizu was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

Harold Lindsey Webster, Jr. pled guilty to Operating a Motor Vehicle Without a License and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana. Webster was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $1255.00. Webster was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and participate in the in-jail treatment program.

Audrean Lynn Easley pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Easley received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Easley was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Women’s Batterer's Education Program.

Alan Everett Domer pled guilty to Assault. Domer received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Domer was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class.

Angela Kristine Ceretti pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Ceretti received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $625.00 civil penalty. Ceretti was placed on probation for 2 years and required to participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, participate in a parenting program as designated by the Department of Corrections, and abide by all DHS guidelines.

Robert James Riedel pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct. Riedel was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Riedel was required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class.

Johnathon Everett Phillip Rice pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Rice was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and participate in a parenting program as designated by the Department of Corrections.

Jamie Katherine Sells pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Sells was ordered to serve 60 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Sells was fined $315.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program, and obtain outpatient treatment through MECCA.

Steve Heck pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Heck received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Heck was placed on probation for 1 year, required to participate in the 24 Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Scott DeMarco Newman-Birch pled guilty to Harassment 2nd Degree and Eluding. Newman-Birch was ordered to serve 44 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Newman-Birch was fined $940.00 and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.

Yeth Yin pled guilty to Harassment 3rd Degree. Yin was placed on probation for 1 year, required to complete 70 hours of community service, and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

5/20/2010

Laron Shyrone Coates pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Coates was ordered to serve 120 days in jail and fined $315.00.

Copeland Devon Dunn pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Dunn was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Dunn was required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.

Jamie Lynn Arndt stipulated that he willfully violated a No-Contact Order on May 9, 2010. Arndt was found in contempt and sentenced to 11 days in jail.

Michael Keith Waddell pled guilty to Criminal Mischief 5th Degree. Waddell received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Waddell was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class. Waddell was also required to stay current on all prescribed medications and participate in any counseling or treatment recommended by Eyerly Ball or Community Support Advocates.

Joshua David Charter pled guilty to two counts of Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Charter was ordered to serve 84 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Charter was fined $1250.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
