Domestic Abuse Dispositions
05/23/2011

On May 23, 2011, Bryan James Conley pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Conley was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $65.00. Conley was required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, submit to random drug and alcohol screening, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On May 24, 2011, Nicholas Allen Lingner stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Lingner’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program.

On May 24, 2011, Sherry Lynn Gates pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Gates received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Gates was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On May 24, 2011, Daniel Thomas Wheatly pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Wheatly was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Wheatly was required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On May 24, 2011, Anthony Jerome Cross pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Cross was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Cross was required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On May 24, 2011, Jomel Carrera Prones pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Prones was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Prones was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On May 24, 2011, Karol Mensink pleaded guilty to Assault. Mensink received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Mensink was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On May 24, 2011, Isaac William Kennedy stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Kennedy was found in contempt and his deferred judgment was revoked. Kennedy was ordered to serve 22 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years and fined $315.00.

On May 24, 2011, Anthony Jerome Cross pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Cross was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Cross was required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On May 25, 2011, Christopher Michael Tillman stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Tillman’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

On May 25, 2011, Quinton Laron Haygood pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Haygood was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Haygood was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On May 25, 2011, Chanpeng Peng Tran was found to have violated a No-Contact Order on May 18, 2011. Tran was found in contempt and sentenced to 20 days in jail. Tran also pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury and Harassment 1st Degree. Tran was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $1250.00. Tran was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and submit to random drug/alcohol screening.

On May 27, 2011, Alan Robert Lillibridge pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Lillibridge was ordered to serve 17 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Lillibridge was fined $625.00 and required to complete intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and submit to random drug/alcohol screening.
