Domestic Abuse Dispositions
5/24/2010

Carmen Jaramillo pled guilty to Assault. Jaramillo was sentenced to 30 days in jail and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Rick Essig pled guilty to Assault. Essig was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Stevenson George pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. George was sentenced to 30 days in jail and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Aaron Christopher Henry, Jr. pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury and Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Henry was sentenced to 58 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Henry was fined $625.00 and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program. Henry was ordered to reside and obtain treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center, obtain a G.E.D., and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Billy John Tucker stipulated that he violated the terms of probation. Tucker was found in contempt and ordered to serve 10 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

Jeremy Scott Brosdahl pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Brosdahl received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Brosdahl was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a psychological evaluation and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Kevin Bradley Sharp pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Sharp was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Sharp was required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.

Elbert Htoo pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Htoo received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Htoo was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete any programming assigned by Probation.

Mario Moreno-Figueroa pled guilty to Assault. Moreno-Figueroa received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Moreno-Figueroa was placed on probation for 1 year and ordered to complete 50 hours of community service. Moreno-Figueroa was required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Michael Robert Gavin pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Gavin was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Melvin Moore pled guilty to Assault. Moore was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Moore was required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class.

Zajo Ljucevic pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Ljucevic was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Ljucevic was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

Keith Christian Leslie pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct. Leslie was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

John Robert Hussein pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana. Hussein was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $630.00. Hussein was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

5/26/2010

Joseph Leonard LeClair stipulated that he violated the terms of probation. LeClair was found in contempt and ordered to serve 1 day in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

David Eugene Williams stipulated that he violated the terms of probation. Williams was found in contempt and ordered to serve 7 days in jail.

Jose Octvio Rocha stipulated that he violated the terms of probation. Rocha was found in contempt and ordered to serve 29 days in jail.

Stevenson Jano George stipulated that he violated the terms of probation. George was found in contempt. George’s Deferred Judgment was revoked and he was ordered to serve 45 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation. George’s civil penalty was converted to a $315.00 fine.

Phillip Brett McGruder stipulated that he violated the terms of probation. McGruder’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

Denny Mongar pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Mongar received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Mongar was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Tyanna Lynn Wells pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Wells received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Wells was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a psychological evaluation and participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program.

Tiara Celeste Ingram stipulated to violating the terms of her probation. Ingram’s Deferred Judgment was revoked and she was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Brion Montell Dowdell pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Dowdell was placed on probation for 2 years and required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and obtain treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center.
