05/31/2011

On May 31, 2011, Cung Nawl stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on May 15, 2011 and being in violation of the terms of probation. Nawl was found in contempt and ordered to serve 14 days in jail.

On May 31, 2011, Rhonda Agosti pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Agosti received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Agosti was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On May 31, 2011, Larry Jay Western pleaded guilty to two counts of Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Western was sentenced to 4 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On May 31, 2011, Anthony Mario Pagano pleaded guilty to Assault. Pagano was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class and complete any recommended mental health counseling.

On May 31, 2011, Jason Close pleaded guilty to Assault. Close was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Close was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and complete any recommended treatment.

On May 31, 2011, Jamie Brian Stricker pleaded guilty to Harassment 1st and Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Stricker was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $940.00. Stricker was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and complete any recommended treatment, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and complete any programming assigned by Probation.

On May 31, 2011, Terrina Lee pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief 5th Degree. Lee was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Repeat Offender Class and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On May 31, 2011, James Ferin pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Ferin received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Ferin was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and complete any programming assigned by Probation.

On May 17, 2011, Alvin Richardson pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. On May 31, 2011, Richardson was sentenced to 2 years in prison. Richardson was required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On May 31, 2011, Joshua James VanPatten stipulated to violating the terms of probation. VanPatten was found in contempt and ordered to serve 134 days in jail.

On May 31, 2011, Christopher Raymond Lindell stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Lindell’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

On June 1, 2011, Jack Ryan Terry pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Terry was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Terry was required to obtain substance abuse treatment, submit to random drug/alcohol screening, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On June 1, 2011, Raquel Millard stipulated to violating the terms of probation by willfully violating a No Contact Order on May 22, 2011. Millard was found in contempt and sentenced to 1year in jail. Millard also pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and False Imprisonment. Millard was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program. Millard’s jail sentence was ordered to be served concurrent to her prison sentence.

On June 1, 2011, Teresa Bennett pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Bennett was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Bennett was required to obtain psychological treatment and stay current on all doctor appointments and prescribed medications. Bennett was also required to participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On June 1, 2011, Ramond Fuller, Jr. was found to be in violation of the terms of probation. Fuller’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program.

On June 2, 2011, Joey Ruiz Rico pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Rico was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Rico was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On June 2, 2011, David Priciliano Gomez pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Gomez was ordered to serve 65 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Gomez was fined $625.00 and required to complete the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.

06/03/2011

On June 3, 2011, Jonathan Alan Wells pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Wells was ordered to serve 22 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Wells was fined $625.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and complete the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.
