6/1/2010

Boyd Allen Largent pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Largent received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Largent was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Melinda Jean Few pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Few received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Few was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Women’s Batterer's Education Program.

Nathaniel Thomas, Jr. pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Thomas was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Stefan Samuel Brown pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Harassment 1st Degree. Brown was ordered to serve 14 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Brown was fined $1250.00 and required to complete the 36 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Charles Raymond Lee, Jr. pled guilty to Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. Lee was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Lee was required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Cassandra Yaw pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Yaw received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Yaw was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Women’s Batterer's Education Program, be evaluated for the Restorative Parenting Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Kianna Colton pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Colton received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Colton was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Women’s Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 1 year No-Contact Order.

Cesar Manuel Davalos-Carmona pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Davalos-Carmona was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $65.00. Davalos-Carmona was required to complete the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Brandy Marie Perez stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Perez’s probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

Humberto Rodriguez stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Rodriguez was found in contempt and ordered to serve 101 days in jail.

Jayson Martin pled guilty to Assault. Martin was ordered to serve 18 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Martin was required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class and obtain a psychological evaluation.

Stanley Eugene Curry pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury and Harassment 1st Degree. Curry was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $1250.00. Curry was required to obtain treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center, complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Megan Marie Schmidt pled guilty to Attempted Burglary 3rd Degree, Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree, and Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Schmidt received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $1565.00 civil penalty. Schmidt was placed on probation for 2 years and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, a psychological evaluation, and attend the Assaultive Behavior Class.

Raymond Junior Fuller stipulated to willfully violating a No-Contact Order on March 14, 2010, March 17, 2010, and March 23, 2010. Fuller was found in contempt and ordered to serve 7 days in jail for each count.
