Domestic Abuse Dispositions
06/06/2011

On June 6, 2011, Shani Palmer pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Palmer was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Palmer was required to complete the Women’s Batterer’s Education Program, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On June 6, 2011, Jerry Wayne Young pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Young was ordered to serve 45 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Young was required to complete 50 hours of community service, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On June 6, 2011, John Hosea Hews, Jr. stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Hews was found in contempt and ordered to serve 13 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

06/07/2011

On June 7, 2011, Theibay Phone Dedmond pleaded guilty to Willful Injury, Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Owner’s Consent, Theft 3rd Degree, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Dedmond was sentenced to 5 years in prison and fined $750.00.

On June 7, 2011, Scott Powers pleaded guilty to Assault. Powers received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Powers was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On June 7, 2011, Peter Eugene Wheeler pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Wheeler received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Wheeler was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and comply with any other programming assigned by Probation.

On June 7, 2011, Michael Keith Waddell pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Waddell was placed on probation for 1 year and required to continue with mental health treatment and remain current on all prescribed medications.

On June 7, 2011, Arthur Sutton pleaded guilty to Assault. Sutton was ordered to serve 20 days in jail.

On June 7, 2011, Steven Joseph Bratti, Jr. pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Harassment 1st Degree, and False Imprisonment. Bratti was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $1,565.00. Bratti was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and submit to random drug/alcohol screening.

On June 7, 2011, Sara Bustos Martinez pleaded guilty to Assault and stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Martinez’s probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve 20 days in jail and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On June 7, 2011, Jairay Elias Kendrick pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree. Kendrick was placed on probation for 1 year and ordered to complete 40 hours of community service. Kendrick was required to participate in the First-Time Offender Class.

On June 7, 2011, Victor Manuel Jauregui pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Jauregui was ordered to serve 180 days in jail. Jauregui was fined $315.00 and required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

06/08/2011

On June 8, 2011, Peter James Brockman pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Brockman was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Brockman was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and a psychological evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, submit to random drug/alcohol screening, and comply with any other programming assigned by Probation.

On June 8, 2011, Harold Edwin Moffit, Jr. pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Moffit received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Moffit was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, submit to random drug/alcohol screening, and comply with any other programming assigned by Probation.

On June 8, 2011, Kevin Alan Reisinger pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury and False Imprisonment. Reisinger was ordered to serve 18 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Reisinger was fined $940.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, submit to random drug/alcohol screenings and comply with any other programming assigned by Probation.

06/09/2011

On June 9, 2011, Terry Lynn Beck stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Beck’s probation was revoked and Beck was ordered to serve 7 days in jail.

On June 9, 2011, Jeffery Paul Long was found to have violated the terms of probation. Long’s probation was revoked and Long was ordered to serve 10 days in jail.

On June 9, 2011, Rhyan Joseph Hearshman was found to have violated the terms of probation. Hearshman was found in contempt and ordered to serve 48 hours in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

On June 9, 2011, Eric Dixon Herndon pleaded guilty to Assault. Herndon was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.
