On June 14, 2011, Quincy Dewitt Spooner pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Spooner was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Spooner was required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.
On June 14, 2011, Alysha Renae Sherman pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Sherman received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Sherman was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete 40 hours of community service and participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program.
On June 14, 2011, Aaron Janssen pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Janssen was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to complete the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5year No-Contact Order.
On June 14, 2011, Bruce Duane Head, Jr. pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Head was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Head was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.
On June 14, 2011, Mark Allen Lester, II pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Lester received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $625.00 civil penalty. Lester was placed on probation for 2 years and ordered to complete 40 hours of community service, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and comply with any other programming assigned by Probation.
