06/20/2011

On June 20, 2011, Joshua Alan Trotter pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Trotter was ordered to serve 7 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Trotter was fined $625.00 and required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.

On June 20, 2011, Joshua Lee Gurney pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Gurney was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program.

06/21/2011

On June 21, 2011, Stephen Faulkner pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Faulkner received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Faulkner was placed on probation for 1 year and ordered to complete 40 hours of community service. Faulkner was required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On June 21, 2011, Suzanne Kay Rutz pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Rutz was ordered to serve 26 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Rutz was fined $65.00 and required to participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program, complete any other programming assigned by Probation, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On June 21, 2011, Ralph Leroy Snyder pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced, Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury, and Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Snyder was ordered to serve 178 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Snyder was required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On June 21, 2011, Christopher Amel Hurley-Boyd pleaded guilty to Assault. Boyd received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Boyd was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete 40 hours of community service and participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On June 21, 2011, Ronald Bauman pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Bauman received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Bauman was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and complete 20 hours of community service.

On June 21, 2011, Mercedes Griebe pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Griebe received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Griebe was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Women’s Batterer’s Education Program.

On June 21, 2011, Timothy Jason Hellmers pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Hellmers received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Hellmers was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On June 21, 2011, Katie Lynn Griffin pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Griffin was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Griffin was required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On June 21, 2011, Tiffany Kaup pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief 5th Degree. Kaup received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Kaup was placed on probation for 1 year.

On June 21, 2011, Ryan Brent Goemann pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Goemann received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Goemann was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

06/22/2011

On June 22, 2011, Ricky Lee Kruczynski stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on June 7, 2011. Kruczynski was found in contempt and sentenced to 20 days in jail.

On June 22, 2011, Mark Washington stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on Juney 23, 2010. Washington was found in contempt and sentenced to 30 days in jail.

On June 22, 2011, Karol Colleen Mensink stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Mensink was found in contempt and ordered to serve 15 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

On June 22, 2011, Demario Cortez Wilson stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Wilson was found in contempt and ordered to serve 15 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

On June 22, 2011, Cory Joe Williams pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Williams was ordered to serve 14 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Williams was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On June 22, 2011, Kelli Jean Snyder pleaded guilty to Child Endangerment. Snyder received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $625.00 civil penalty. Snyder was placed on probation for 2 years and ordered to complete 40 hours of community service. Snyder was required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other treatment or counseling recommended by DHS.

On June 23, 2011, David Ervin pleaded guilty to Harassment 3rd Degree. Ervin was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and to stay current on all prescribed medications.

On June 23, 2011, Christopher Foley pleaded guilty to Harassment 3rd Degree. Foley was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

On June 23, 2011, Gail Leland Beaman, II pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Beaman was ordered to serve 18 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Beaman was fined $315.00 and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On June 23, 2011, Melvin Johnson pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Child Endangerment. Johnson was ordered to serve 49 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Johnson was fined $1,250.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and submit to random drug/alcohol screening.

On June 23, 2011, Puol Tong Dang pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Dang was ordered to serve 44 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Dang was fined $625.00 and required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On June 23, 2011, Jesse Taylor Eldridge, Sr. pleaded guilty to Child Endangerment, Domestic Abuse Assault, and OWI 1st. Eldridge was ordered to serve 66 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Eldridge was fined $2,815.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, complete the Drinking Driver’s Class, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, obtain parenting classes through the Department of Corrections, and submit to random drug/alcohol screening.

On June 23, 2011, Wayne Armstrong pleaded guilty to Assault. Armstrong was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

On June 23, 2011, Bryan Spencer Moore pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Harassment 2nd Degree. Moore was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $945.00. Moore was required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and participate in any other programming assigned by Probation.

On June 23, 2011, Gerald Lee Morgan, Jr. pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Harassment 1st Degree. Morgan was ordered to serve 55 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Morgan was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
