Domestic Abuse Dispositions
6/21/2010

Victor Oswaldo Cortes pled guilty to Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Cortes was ordered to serve 48 days in jail and fined $625.00. Cortes was required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Steven Troy Kelly stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Kelly was found in contempt and ordered to serve 10 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

Julenne Tucker stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Tucker was found in contempt and ordered to serve 10 days in jail. Tucker’s probation was extended until December 30, 2011 and Tucker was required to comply with all previous court ordered conditions of probation.

Syed Taufeek Miran Shah pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Shah received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Shah was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

Troy Dean Lorenz pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Lorenz was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Lorenz was required to complete the 36 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Ray Edwards, Jr. pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Edwards was placed on probation for 2 years and ordered to complete 70 hours of community service. Edwards was required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Courtney Sue Larsen pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Larsen was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Larsen was required to complete the Women’s Batterer's Education Program and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.

Thomas Benjamin Cox pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Cox received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Cox was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

Angela Spooner pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Spooner received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Spooner was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program.

Michelle McMaster pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. McMaster received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. McMaster was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program.

Thomas Leonard Hockenberg pled guilty to the charge of Failure to Appear. Hockenberg was ordered to serve 12 days in jail and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Nichole Marie Wilson pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Wilson was sentenced to 30 days in jail and required to complete the Women’s Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Chad Alan Webb pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Webb was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $1250.00. Webb was required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Adrian Dean Rincon pled guilty to Harassment 2nd Degree and Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Rincon was ordered to serve 120 days in jail for each count, concurrently, and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Jose Munguia pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Munguia was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Munguia was required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Keith Lavern Johnson stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Johnson’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 150 days in jail.

John T. Anderson stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Anderson was found in contempt and ordered to serve 30 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

James Dean Lumadue pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Lumadue was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and fined $65.00. Lumadue was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 1 year No-Contact Order.

Raquel Marie Millard pled guilty to two counts of Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Millard was ordered to serve 52 days in jail and fined $315.00. Millard was required to abide by a 1 year No-Contact Order.

Clarence Garner, Jr. stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Garner was found in contempt and ordered to serve 5 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

Vicky Lynn Spieker stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Spieker was found in contempt and ordered to serve 50 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

Jay B. Madson stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Madson was found in contempt and ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

On May 24, 2010, Joel Alan Root pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. On June 25, 2010, Root was sentenced to 1 year of probation. Root was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
