Domestic Abuse Dispositions
6/28/2010

Karissa Sherae Wilson stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Wilson’s probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve 365 days in jail.

Thomas Harrison Robbins stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Robbins was found in contempt and ordered to serve 9 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

Ryan Dean Morgan stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Morgan was found in contempt and ordered to serve 50 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

Aenoy Prathane pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Prathane was sentenced to 2 years in prison and fined $625.00. Prathane was required to complete the Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Kristian Cooks pled guilty to Assault. Cooks was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

Floyd Sumlin pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct. Sumlin was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

Mark Douglass Presswood stipulated that he willfully violated a No Contact Order on June 12, 2010. Presswood was found in contempt and sentenced to 7 days in jail.

Eric Lee Garrett pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Garrett was ordered to serve 47 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Garrett was fined $625.00 and required to complete the 36 week Batterer's Education Program and participate in any other programming assigned by Probation.

Ryan Dean Morgan pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct. Morgan was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

Michael Jerome Martin, Jr. pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Martin was ordered to serve 180 days in jail.

Courtney Darwin Lynam stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Lynam was found in contempt and his Deferred Judgment was revoked. Lynam was ordered to serve 51 days in jail and fined $315.00.

6/30/2010

Benjamin Jay Vandenoever pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct. Vandenoever was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $65.00.

William Michael Worthington pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Worthington was ordered to serve 180 days in jail and abide by a 1 year No-Contact Order.

7/1/2010

Lashon Lea Groshong pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Groshong received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Groshong was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Women’s Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 1 year No-Contact Order.

Robert Jay Taylor pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Taylor was sentenced to 1 year in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program.

On June 24, 2010, Meriah Teamer stipulated to willfully violating a No-Contact Order on September 20, 2009 and on October 4, 2009. Teamer was found in contempt and on July 1, 2010, Teamer was sentenced to 21 days in jail.

Aaron Janssen stipulated to willfully violating a No-Contact Order on June 19, 2010. Janssen was found in contempt and sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Mark Laquin Washington stipulated to willfully violating a No-Contact Order on June 21, 2010. Washington was found in contempt and sentenced to 10 days in jail.

7/2/2010

Markus Marki Ford stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Ford was found in contempt and ordered to serve 3 days in jail.

Queni Paz pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Paz was ordered to serve 17 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Paz was fined $315.00 and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Bobby Dale Farrar pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Farrar was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and complete the Batterer's Education Program.
