07/11/2011

On July 11, 2011, Rian Edward Risinger pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Risinger was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

07/12/2011

On July 12, 2011, Daniel Allen Paulson pleaded guilty to two counts of Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury, Assault Causing Bodily Injury, and False Imprisonment. Paulson was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $1,260.00. Paulson was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On July 12, 2011, Lisa Ranee Jackson pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Jackson was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Jackson was required to obtain a psychological evaluation, participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program, and stay current on all prescribed medications.

On July 12, 2011, Staci Renee Stocker pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Stocker received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Stocker was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On July 12, 2011, Matthew James Cochrun pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Cochrun received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Cochrun was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On July 12, 2011, Devon Looney pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Looney received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Looney was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

07/13/2011

On July 13, 2011, Tyler James Hajek pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Hajek was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Hajek was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, submit to random drug/alcohol screening, and abide by any other programming assigned by Probation.

On July 13, 2011, Jeremy Coble stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on June 29, 2011. Coble was found in contempt and sentenced to 14 days in jail.

On July 13, 2011, William Arthur Quinn, III pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Quinn was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Quinn was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On July 13, 2011, Craig Stephen Brown pleaded guilty to Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury and Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Brown was placed on probation for 2 years and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On July 13, 2011, Craig Stephen Brown pleaded guilty to Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Brown was placed on probation for 2 years and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

07/14/2011

On July 14, 2011, Jerry James Danielson pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Danielson was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Danielson was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On July 14, 2011, David Dennis pleaded guilty to Assault. Dennis received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Dennis was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On July 14, 2011, Aaron Lindsley pleaded guilty to Assault. Lindsley was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On July 14, 2011, Donald William White pleaded guilty to Assault. White was sentenced to 30 days in jail and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On June 8, 2011, Kristopher Hervey was found in contempt for violating a No Contact Order on May 28, 2011. On July 14, 2011, Hervey was sentenced to 48 days in jail. Hervey also pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Hervey was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $315.00. Hervey was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, complete treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On July 14, 2011, Cody Duckworth stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Duckworth’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 51 days in jail.
