Domestic Abuse Dispositions
07/18/2011

On July 18, 2011, Tina Flatt pleaded guilty to Trespass Causing Bodily Injury, Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Harassment 2nd Degree. Flatt was ordered to serve 42 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Flatt was fined $945.00 and required to complete substance abuse treatment, participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and comply with any other programming assigned by Probation.

On July 19, 2011, Joshua Andrew Miller pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Miller was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Miller was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On July 19, 2011, Joshua Jordan Crouch pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Crouch was placed on probation for 1 year, fined $315.00, and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On July 19, 2011, Ellis Ray Arthur Haywood pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury and Harassment 2nd Degree. Haywood received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $940.00 civil penalty. Haywood was placed on probation for 2 years and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and comply with all DHS conditions and any programming assigned by Probation.

On July 19, 2011, Domenica Irene Mary Fazio pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Fazio was ordered to serve 60 days in jail and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On July 19, 2011, Christopher Peterson pleaded guilty to Assault. Peterson was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Peterson was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On July 19, 2011, Leon Dale Edwards pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Edwards was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $65.00. Edwards was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.

07/20/2011

On July 20, 2011, Zachary Ramirez stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on July 11, 2011. Ramirez was found in contempt and sentenced to 9 days in jail.

On July 20, 2011, Reginald Elgin Tree pleaded stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on December 4, 2011. Tree was found in contempt and ordered to serve 15 days in jail.

On July 20, 2011, Todd Gotto was found in contempt for violating the terms of probation. Gotto was ordered to serve 147 days in jail.

On July 20, 2011, Joseph Edward Young pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. Young was placed on probation for 2 years and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by any other programming assigned by Probation.

On July 20, 2011, Harold Marcelle Billington pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order. Billington was ordered to serve 18 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Billington was required to complete substance abuse treatment, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On July 21, 2011, Charles Kenneth Raymond, Jr. pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Raymond was ordered to serve 63 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Raymond was fined $625.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On July 21, 2011, Christopher Louis Scott pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Scott was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Scott was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, complete any programming assigned by Probation, and comply with all DHS requests.

On July 21, 2011, Adrian Dean Rincon pleaded guilty to Harassment 1st Degree Enhanced. Rincon was ordered to serve 2 years in prison and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On July 21, 2011, Joel Gonzalez-Rojas pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Rojas received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Rojas was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.
