On July 25, 2011, Scalicity Angel Perez stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Perez’s probation was revoked and the original sentence of 45 days in jail and a $315.00 fine was imposed.

On July 26, 2011, David George Karaidos pleaded guilty to Carrying Weapons and False Imprisonment. Karaidos was placed on probation for 2 years and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On July 26, 2011, Julian Contreras Cerda pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Cerda was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Cerda was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On July 26, 2011, Herman Lee Mure, Jr. pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Crack Cocaine. Mure was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program.

On July 26, 2011, David Nathan Farrell stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Farrell’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

On July 27, 2011, Brenna Donnelly stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on July 19, 2011. Donnelly was found in contempt and sentenced to 9 days in jail.

On July 28, 2011, William Cyrus Smith stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Smith’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

On June 8, 2011, Richard Gerald Daughenbaugh pleaded guilty to Willful Injury. On July 28, 2011, Daughenbaugh was sentenced to 2 years probation and fined $750.00. Daughenbaugh was ordered to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program and to complete outpatient treatment at EFR.

On July 28, 2011, Clarence Nance pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Nance was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Nance was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On July 28, 2011, Christna Sunny stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Sunny was found in contempt and ordered to serve 45 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

On July 29, 2011, Amanda Montero-Juarez pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Juarez was ordered to serve 67 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Juarez was fined $315.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.
