Domestic Abuse Dispositions
08/01/2011

On August 1, 2011, Danny Joe Manley stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Manley was found in contempt and ordered to serve 5 days in jail.

08/02/2011

On August 2, 2011, Nathan Chadwick Whitney was found in violating of the terms of probation. Whitney’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 3 years in prison.

On August 2, 2011, Jean Ann Storm pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Storm was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Storm was required to participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program and continue with substance abuse treatment.

On August 2, 2011, Arirath Inthavong pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Inthavong received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Inthavong was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program.

On August 2, 2011, Robert Allen Sykes pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Sykes received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Sykes was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and submit to random drug/alcohol screening.

On August 2, 2011, Michael Dean Niday pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury, Harassment 1st Degree, and Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree. Niday was ordered to serve 27 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Niday was fined $1275.00 and required to obtain substance abuse treatment, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and submit to random drug/alcohol screening.

On August 2, 2011, Benjamin Vandenoever was found to have violated the terms of probation. Vandenoever’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 2 years prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program.

On August 2, 2011, Dublin Mackenzie Quinn pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Driving while License Revoked. Quinn was ordered to serve 56 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Quinn was fined $1,315.00 and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by any other programming assigned by Probation.

On August 2, 2011, Charles Henry Kline pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Kline received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Kline was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On August 2, 2011, Harold Albert Dittmer, Sr. pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Dittmer was placed on probation for 2 years and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.

On August 2, 2011, Germaine Contrell McDade pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. McDade was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. McDade was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On August 2, 2011, Lamen Fransola Adams pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Fransola received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Fransola was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete 40 hours of community service. Fransola was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On August 2, 2011, Kyle Dwayne Butts pleaded guilty to Harassment 1st Degree. Butts was sentenced to 2 years in prison.

08/03/2011

On August 3, 2011, Tyrod Lavonn Gardner pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear. Gardner was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

On August 3, 2011, Markham Edward Humprey pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Humprey was fined $315.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On August 3, 2011, Jerry James Danielson stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on July 22, 2011. Danielson was found in contempt and sentenced to 13 days in jail.

On August 3, 2011, Miles Carrington Brite stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on July 21, 2011. Brite was found in contempt and was sentenced to 20 days in jail.

08/04/2011

On August 4, 2011, Stefan Samuel Brown stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Brown’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to complete the Batterer's Education Program.

08/05/2011

On August 5, 2011, Allen Fortner, Jr. pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Fortner was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Fortner was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
