Domestic Abuse Dispositions
08/08/2011

On August 8, 2011, Michael Nereim pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Nereim was ordered to serve 14 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Nereim was fined $65.00 and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.

On August 8, 2011, Brandon Joseph Liesener pleaded guilty to Trespass Causing Bodily Injury and Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Liesener was ordered to serve 85 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Liesener was fined $630.00 and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, obtain treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete a parenting class by the Department of Corrections.

On August 9, 2011, Cindy Kay Deaton pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Deaton received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Deaton was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and complete the Women’s Batterer's Education Program.

On August 9, 2011, Robert Eugene Kenoyer pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Kenoyer was ordered to serve 4 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program.

On August 9, 2011, Conner Elliot Hunt pleaded guilty to OWI 1st and Assault. Hunt was ordered to serve 3 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Hunt was fined $1,315.00 and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class, the OWI First Offense Program, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On August 9, 2011, Luis Felipe Castillo pleaded guilty to Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse and Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Castillo was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $1,250.00. Castillo was required to submit a DNA Submission, participate in the Sex Offender Treatment Program, comply with Sex Offender Registration, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and comply with any other conditions set by Probation.

On August 9, 2011, Faheem Abdul Jabbar pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Jabbar was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Jabbar was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by any other programming assigned by Probation.

On August 9, 2011, Michael Porter pleaded guilty to Assault. Porter received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Porter was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On August 9, 2011, Anthony Duane Caquelin pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Caquelin received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Caquelin was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On August 9, 2011, Edward Thomas Owens pleaded guilty to Assault. Owens received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Owens was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On August 9, 2011, Regan McCaughey a/k/a Jones pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. McCaughey received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. McCaughey was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program.

On August 9, 2011, Jessica Renee Karlson pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Karlson received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Karlson was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program and continue with counseling.

On August 9, 2011, David Lee Miller pleaded guilty to Child Endangerment, Trespass Causing Bodily Injury, Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury, and Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Miller was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $1,570.00. Miller was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, submit to random drug/alcohol screenings, and comply with all terms set by DHS.

On August 9, 2011, Phil Matthew Millsap pleaded guilty to Assault. Millsap was ordered to serve 16 days in jail and fined $65.00.

On August 9, 2011, Nathan Amadeo pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Amadeo was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Amadeo was required to obtain substance abuse treatment and participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.

On August 9, 2011, Paul Bryon Leach pleaded guilty to Eluding, Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and Child Endangerment. Leach was placed on probation for 5 years and fined $2000.00. Leach was required to obtain mental health treatment.

On August 10, 2011, Gary Dean Davis pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Davis was ordered to serve 9 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Davis was fined $315.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and submit to random drug/alcohol testing.

On August 10, 2011, Mose Anthony Parker pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Parker was ordered to serve 15 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Parker was fined $625.00 and ordered to complete 80 hours of community service. Parker was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.

On August 10, 2011, Rodney Collin Cornelison pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury, Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, and False Imprisonment. Cornelison was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $1,255.00. Cornelison was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and a psychological evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, submit to random drug/alcohol screening, and comply with any programming set by Probation.

On August 10, 2011, Tyler John Akers pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Akers received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Akers was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, submit to random drug/alcohol screenings, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On August 10, 2011, Victor Lamar Kennedy pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Kennedy was ordered to serve 15 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Kennedy was fined $315.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and submit to random drug/alcohol screenings.

On August 11, 2011, Larry Golston, Jr. pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury, False Imprisonment, and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana. Golston was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $945.00. Golston was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and submit to random drug/alcohol screening.

On August 11, 2011, Paul Daniel Hobson stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Hobson was found in contempt and ordered to serve 10 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

On August 11, 2011, Rodney Lewis stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Lewis’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 2 years in prison.

On August 11, 2011, Anthony Marshall pleaded guilty to Assault. Marshall was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

On August 11, 2011, Aaron Robert Jones pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Jones was ordered to serve 67 days in jail.

On August 11, 2011, Rodney Lewis pleaded guilty to Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana. Lewis was ordered to serve 2 years in prison and 180 days in jail.

On August 11, 2011, Ildefonso Rios pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Rios was ordered to serve 61 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Rios was fined $315.00 and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

08/12/2011

On August 12, 2011, Aleisha Robinson pleaded guilty to Harassment on a Police Officer and Assault. Robinson was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and required to abide by a 1 year No-Contact Order.

On August 12, 2011, Christina Bell pleaded guilty to two counts of Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Bell was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $630.00. Bell was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
