On August 9, 2011, Cindy Kay Deaton pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Deaton received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Deaton was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and complete the Women’s Batterer's Education Program.
On August 9, 2011, Robert Eugene Kenoyer pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Kenoyer was ordered to serve 4 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program.
On August 9, 2011, Conner Elliot Hunt pleaded guilty to OWI 1st and Assault. Hunt was ordered to serve 3 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Hunt was fined $1,315.00 and required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class, the OWI First Offense Program, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
On August 9, 2011, Luis Felipe Castillo pleaded guilty to Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse and Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Castillo was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $1,250.00. Castillo was required to submit a DNA Submission, participate in the Sex Offender Treatment Program, comply with Sex Offender Registration, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and comply with any other conditions set by Probation.

On August 9, 2011, Jessica Renee Karlson pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Karlson received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Karlson was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program and continue with counseling.
On August 9, 2011, David Lee Miller pleaded guilty to Child Endangerment, Trespass Causing Bodily Injury, Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury, and Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Miller was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $1,570.00. Miller was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, submit to random drug/alcohol screenings, and comply with all terms set by DHS.
