Domestic Abuse Dispositions
08/22/2011

On August 22, 2011, Adrian Marquis stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on August 7, 2011. Marquis was found in contempt and ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

On August 22, 2011, Genaro Blanco stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Blanco’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 92 days in jail.

08/23/2011

On August 23, 2011, Daniel Curtis Teas pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Causing Bodily Injury and Harassment 1st Degree. Teas was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $1,250.00. Teas was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On August 23, 2011, Donald Glenn Blankenship pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Blankenship received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Blankenship was placed on probation for 1 year, required to complete 40 hours of community service and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.

On August 23, 2011, Jeffrey Daniel Richardson pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief 5th Degree. Richardson was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Richardson was required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On August 23, 2011, Betty June Nugent pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Causing Injury. Nugent was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Nugent was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and a psychological evaluation, participate in the Women’s Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On August 23, 2011, Meris Rekic pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Rekic received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Rekic was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On August 23, 2011, Tinesha Gibson pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Gibson was ordered to serve 13 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Gibson was fined $315.00 and required to complete the Youth Build Program or complete 50 hours of community service.

On August 23, 2011, Adam Timothy Davis pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Davis was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Davis was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and a psychological evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On August 23, 2011, Gabriel Daniel Ramirez pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Ramirez was ordered to serve 57 days in jail and placed on probation for 2 years. Ramirez was fined $315.00 and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On August 23, 2011, Melissa Mae Channon stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Channon’s probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve 90 days in jail.

On August 23, 2011, Cyle Williams pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Williams was ordered to serve 60 days in jail and abide by a 1 year No-Contact Order.

On August 23, 2011, Ervin Valissa Harris pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Harris was ordered to serve 17 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Harris was fined $315.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

08/24/2011

On August 24, 2011, Daniel Eugene Dockham pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Dockham was placed on probation for 2 years and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and participate in inpatient treatment at the VA.

08/25/2011

On August 25, 2011, Rudyard Marcus Taubert stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Taubert’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 33 days in jail and fined $315.00.

On August 25, 2011, Edgar Earl Conley, Jr. pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Conley was ordered to serve 90 days in jail and fined $315.00. Conley was required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On August 25, 2011, Kipoyo Portas pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Portas was ordered to serve 67 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Portas was fined $315.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by any other programming assigned by Probation.

On August 25, 2011, Digno Sainz pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Sainz was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

08/26/2011

On August 26, 2011, Michael George Calderon-Cody pleaded guilty to Harassment 1st Degree. Calderon-Cody received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $625.00 civil penalty. Calderon-Cody was placed on probation for 2 years and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and a psychological evaluation and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
