On September 6, 2011, Curtis Wade Stratton stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Stratton’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 69 days in jail.

On September 6, 2011, Chad Allen Valasek stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Valasek was found in contempt and ordered to serve 5 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

On September 6, 2011, Isaac Lamont Williams pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Williams received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Williams was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On September 7, 2011, Randy James Lava stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on August 14, 2011. Lava was found in contempt and ordered to serve 14 days in jail.

On September 7, 2011, Hector Jose Tejeda, Jr. pleaded guilty to Possession, Receipt, Transportation, or Dominion and Control of Firearms by person Convicted of Domestic Abuse Assault, and Eluding. Tejeda was sentenced to 7 years in prison and fined $1,400.00.

On September 7, 2011, Terry Wayne Denny pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Denny was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Denny was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On September 7, 2011, Megan Schmidt stipulated to violating the terms of probation by willfully violating a No Contact Order on August 28, 2011. Schmidt was sentenced to 16 days in jail and then required to continue with the original terms of probation.

On September 7, 2011, Regnald Akeem Jackson was found to have violated the terms of probation. Jackson’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 2 years in prison.

On September 8, 2011, Gentaile Lee Moore stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Moore was found in contempt and ordered to serve 79 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

On September 8, 2011, Hasan Omerdic pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct. Omerdic received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Omerdic was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On September 8, 2011, Richard Carlson pleaded guilty to Harassment 3rd Degree. Carlson received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Carlson was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.

On September 8, 2011, James Peter Davis pleaded guilty to three counts of Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury and Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree. Davis was ordered to serve 2 years in prison.

On September 8, 2011, Michelle McKeena Hodges stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Hodges’ probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve 13 days in jail and fined $130.00.

On September 9, 2011, Daniel Allen Paulson stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Paulson was found in contempt and ordered to serve 12 days in jail and then continue with the original terms of probation.

On September 9, 2011, Fabian Marin Zarco pleaded guilty to Assault. Zarco was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Zarco was fined $65.00 and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.
