Domestic Abuse Dispositions
09/20/2011

On September 20, 2011, Ericka Roberta Barnes pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. Barnes was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Barnes was required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On September 20, 2011, Brian Keith Johnson pleaded guilty to Assault. Johnson received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Johnson was placed on probation for 1 year and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order and continue with the Fatherhood Program at the YMCA.

On September 20, 2011, Jeffrey Lee Pearson pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced and False Imprisonment. Pearson was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $940.00. Pearson was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On September 20, 2011, Kayla Porter pleaded guilty to Assault. Porter was ordered to serve 17 days in jail and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On September 20, 2011, George Anthony Renfro, Jr. pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Renfro received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Renfro was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On September 20, 2011, Eduardo Lopez pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Lopez received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Lopez was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and stay current on all doctor appointments and medications.

09/21/2011

On September 21, 2011, Tyler Miller pleaded guilty to Assault. Miller received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Miller was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete 40 hours of community service, attend the Assaultive Behavior Class, and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.

On September 21, 2011, Joshua Alan Trotter was found to have violated the terms of probation. Trotter was ordered to serve 2 years in prison and required to complete the Batterer's Education Program.

On September 21, 2011, Kenneth Roy stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on September 10, 2011. Roy was found in contempt and sentenced to 12 days in jail.

09/22/2011

On September 22, 2011, Cynthia Adams pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief 5th Degree. Adams was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Adams was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation.

On September 22, 2011, John Hews, Jr. pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Hews was sentenced to 1 year in prison and fined $315.00. Hews was required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program.

On September 22, 2011, Joshua Dean Vandel stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Vandel’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 70 days in jail.

On September 22, 2011, Jimmy Lamar Schoolfield pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Schoolfield was ordered to serve 15 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Schoolfield was fined $315.00 and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On September 22, 2011, John Alan Maranville pleaded guilty to Harassment 3rd Degree. Maranville was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.
