Domestic Abuse Dispositions
10/03/2011

On October 3, 2011, Austin Lee Allen stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Allen’s Deferred Judgment was revoked and he was sentenced to 40 days in jail and fined $625.00.

On October 3, 2011, Cung Nawl pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Nawl was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Nawl was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and complete any other programming assigned by Probation.

On October 3, 2011, Austin Allen pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Allen was ordered to serve 39 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Allen was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and a psychological evaluation.

On October 4, 2011, Brian Lee Miller pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Miller was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Miller was required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.

On October 4, 2011, Michael Edgar Waters, Jr. pleaded guilty to Harassment 1st Degree. Waters received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $625.00 civil penalty. Waters was placed on probation for 2 years and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On October 4, 2011, Arthur Earl Sutton, Jr. pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Sutton was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Sutton was required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.

On October 4, 2011, Jermaine Roy Shawn McCray pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Harassment 2nd Degree. McCray was placed on probation for 2 years, fined $630.00, and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On October 4, 2011, Jeremy Jamaul Mango pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Mango received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Mango was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and complete 20 hours of community service.

On October 4, 2011, Jake Dian Ashley pleaded guilty to Assault. Ashley received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Ashley was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete 40 hours of community service, participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and abide by a 2 year No-Contact Order.

On October 4, 2011, Bruce Lee VanGundy pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. VanGundy received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. VanGundy was placed on probation for 1 year and required to complete 40 hours of community service, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On October 4, 2011, Paul Carroll pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief 5th Degree. Carroll was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Carroll was required to complete the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On October 5, 2011, Charles Levi Smith pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Smith was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $315.00. Smith was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On October 5, 2011, Julian Contreras Cerda stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Cerda was found in contempt and ordered to serve 90 days in jail.

On October 5, 2011, Orlando Maurice King pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. King was ordered to serve 11 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. King was fined $315.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On October 5, 2011, Brian Garrett pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Garrett was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Garrett was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and comply with any other programming assigned by Probation.

On October 6, 2011, William Joseph Petithory pleaded guilty to Harassment 1st Degree and Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Petithory was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $940.00. Petithory was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order, and comply with any programming assigned by Probation.

On October 6, 2011, Juan Carlos Rodriguez-Rivera pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and Harassment 3rd Degree. Rodriguez-Rivera was ordered to serve 90 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Rodriguez-Rivera was fined $625.00 and required to complete the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On October 6, 2011, Joshua Boerboon pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Boerboon was ordered to serve 25 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Boerboon was fined $315.00 and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.
