On October 13, 2011, Eric Mitchell Hester pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury and stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on September 29, 2011. Hester was ordered to serve 15 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Hester was fined $625.00 and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
On October 13, 2011, Andrea Lelanibelle Stiles stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Stiles was found in contempt and ordered to serve 26 days in jail.
On October 13, 2011, Dennis Washington stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Washington was found in contempt and ordered to serve 11 days in jail.
On October 13, 2011, Luis Fernando Rifas pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Rifas was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Rifas was required to participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.
On October 13, 2011, Armando Olivas Perez pleaded guilty to Assault. Perez was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $65.00. Perez was required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, and complete 100 hours of community service.
On October 13, 2011, Gabriel Hernandez pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Hernandez was placed on probation for 2 years and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program and attend a parenting class as recommended by the Department of Corrections.
On October 13, 2011, Marc Allen Colby pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Colby was ordered to serve 2 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer's Education Program.
On September 13, 2011, Aaron Fetzer pleaded guilty to Attempted Burglary in the Third Degree and Interference with Official Acts. On October 14, 2011, Fetzer was sentenced to 2 years probation and fined $875.00.
