On October 18, 2011, Eric Wayne McCuller stipulated to violating the terms of probation. McCuller’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 365 days in jail.
On October 18, 2011, Rodney Jerome Wells pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Domestic Abuse Assault. Wells was ordered to serve 11 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Wells was fined $380.00 and required to obtain a psychological evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
On October 18, 2011, Ronald James Woods, Jr. pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Woods received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $625.00 civil penalty. Woods was placed on probation for 2 years and required to complete 40 hours of community service and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.
On October 18, 2011, Franklin Henry Carl Meyer pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Meyer was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Meyer was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.
On October 18, 2011, Jack Dawayne Maple was found to have violated the terms of probation in Criminal Case Numbers AG231645 and SR223667. Maple’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 3 years in prison.
