Domestic Abuse Dispositions
10/17/2011

On October 17, 2011, Shaniqua Ta-Shae Gully stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Gully was found in contempt and ordered to serve 72 days in jail.

10/18/2011

On October 18, 2011, Eric Wayne McCuller stipulated to violating the terms of probation. McCuller’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 365 days in jail.

On October 18, 2011, Rodney Jerome Wells pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Domestic Abuse Assault. Wells was ordered to serve 11 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Wells was fined $380.00 and required to obtain a psychological evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On October 18, 2011, Ronald James Woods, Jr. pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Woods received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $625.00 civil penalty. Woods was placed on probation for 2 years and required to complete 40 hours of community service and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On October 18, 2011, Franklin Henry Carl Meyer pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Meyer was placed on probation for 1 year and fined $315.00. Meyer was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.

On October 18, 2011, Jack Dawayne Maple was found to have violated the terms of probation in Criminal Case Numbers AG231645 and SR223667. Maple’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 3 years in prison.

10/19/2011

On October 19, 2011, Gregory Thomas White stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on October 5, 2011. White was found in contempt and sentenced to 13 days in jail.

On October 19, 2011, Deandre Dewitt Smith stipulated to willfully violating a No Contact Order on October 10, 2011. Smith was found in contempt and sentenced to 9 days in jail.

On October 19, 2011, Baretta Halamar pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. On December 5, 2011, Halamar was placed on probation for 5 years and fined $625.00. Halamar was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and complete the Batterer’s Education Program.

On October 19, 2011, Aleksandar Ciric pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree, Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced, and Harassment 1st Degree. On January 3, 2012, Ciric was sentenced to 2 years probation and fined $625.00. Ciric was required to complete the 36 week Batterer's Education Program and abide by a 5 year No Contact Order.

10/20/2011

On October 20, 2011, Freedom Dawn Parker stipulated to violating the terms of probation. Parker’s probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve 347 days in jail.

On October 20, 2011, Ryan Lee Cheevers pleaded guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Cheevers was ordered to serve 87 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Cheevers was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program, obtain treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

On October 20, 2011, Ricky Dean Gordon pleaded guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Gordon was ordered to serve 90 days in jail, pay a fine of $315.00, and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
