Delbert Glenn Monahan pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Monahan was
sentenced to 2 years in prison and required to participate in the Batterer’s Education
Program and abide by the 5 year No-Contact Order.
Rodney Lewis pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and Possession
of a Controlled Substance. Lewis was ordered to serve 21 days in jail and then placed
on probation for 2 years. Lewis was fined $940.00 and required to obtain a substance
abuse evaluation and participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program.
Donald Wayne Brooks pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
Brooks received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Brooks
was placed on probation for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's
Education Program.
Laron Shyrone Coates pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Coates was sentenced
to 45 days in jail and required to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Devon Lynn Trombino pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Trombino received a deferred
judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Trombino was required to participate
in the Women’s Batterer’s Education Program and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.
Scott Andrew Flatt pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Flatt received a deferred
judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Flatt was placed on probation
for 1 year and required to participate in the 24 week Batterer's Education Program
and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Moustafa Eshag-Abakr Omer pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct. Omer received a deferred
judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Omer was placed on probation for
1 year and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class and abide by
a 1 year No-Contact Order.
Ron Paul Reliford pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Reliford was placed
on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Reliford was required to obtain a substance
abuse evaluation and participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program.
Benjamin Jay Vandenoever pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Vandenoever
was placed on probation for 2 years and fined $625.00. Vandenoever was required
to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and participate in the 36 week Batterer's
Education Program.
Wendy Rae Lee pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Lee received a deferred judgment
and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Lee was placed on probation for 1 year
and required to participate in Women’s Batterer’s Education Program.
On June 23, 2009, Joshua James VanPatten pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced.
On August 18, 2009, VanPatten was sentenced to 80 days in jail and then placed on
probation for 2 years. VanPatten was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation
and participate in the 36 week Batterer's Education Program. VanPatten was also
required to enroll, reside, and participate in the Harbour of Hope Aftercare Program
and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
