Frankie Earl Wilson, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and False Imprisonment. Wilson was sentenced to serve 24 days in jail and then be on probation for 1 year. Wilson was fined $630.00, ordered to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a No-Contact Order. Wilson was also convicted of Violation of No-Contact Order and ordered to reside at the Fort Des Moines Residential Facility.
Amy Jo Crowder, pled guilty to Assault. Crowder received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Crowder was placed on 1 year probation and required to attend the Batterer’s Education Program.
Troy Joseph Nail, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Nail was sentenced to 23 days in jail and then to go on probation for 1 year. Nail was fined $625.00, ordered to attend the 36 week Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a No-Contact Order.

Jayd Russell Schuyler, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Schuyler was ordered to serve 23 days in jail, fined $65.00 and ordered to attend the Batterer’s Education Program.
Leslie Darnell Brown, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Brown was ordered to serve 2 days in jail and then be on probation for 1 year. Brown was fined $65.00 and ordered to participate in the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.
Justine Jabaa Gaddy, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Gaddy received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Gaddy was placed on 1 year probation and required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.
