Richard Ray Lynch, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Lynch was sentenced to 35 days in jail and then to be on probation for 1 year. Lynch was required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Jerald Wayne Vos, pled guilty to Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Vos was sentenced to 100 days in jail and ordered to abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Jack Smith, was found guilty of Harassment in the Third Degree. Smith received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Smith was placed on 1 year probation.

Curtis Wayne Drown, Sr., pled guilty to Harassment in the First Degree. Drown was sentenced to 2 years in prison and ordered to attend the Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Eric David Haugen, pled guilty to Assault. Haugen was sentenced to 15 days in jail and ordered to abide by a No-Contact Order.
Tanja Nicole Garrison, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Garrison received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $625.00 civil penalty. Garrison was placed on 2 years probation and required to attend the Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a No-Contact Order.
Alex Edwon Cellan, Jr., pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury and Harassment in the First Degree. Cellan was ordered to serve 20 days in jail and then be on probation for 2 years. Cellan was fined $1,250.00, ordered to obtain a substance abuse and psychological evaluation, attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.

Wayne Junior Armstrong, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Domestic Abuse Assault. Armstrong was ordered to serve 13 days in jail and then be on probation for 1 year. Armstrong was fined $380.00, ordered to attend the Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Jose Octavio Rocha, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Rocha was ordered to serve 2 days in jail and then be on probation for 2 years. Rocha was fined $625.00, ordered to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Jamie Lynn Arndt, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Arndt was ordered to serve 45 days in jail and then be on probation for 2 years. Arndt was fined $625.00, ordered to attend the 36 week Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order.
Michael Brian Heidenreich, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Heidenreich was ordered to serve 2 days in jail and then be on probation for 1 year. Heidenreich was fined $65.00, ordered to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program, abide by a 5 year No-Contact Order and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.
