Bradley Ann Floyd, pled guilty to Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree and Domestic Abuse Assault. Floyd was sentenced to 11 days in jail and then be on probation for 1 year. Floyd was fined $315.00, ordered to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and abide by a No-Contact Order.
Edward Wesley Madison, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Madison was sentenced to 2 days in jail and that the sentence would be served with a parole violation. Madison was to participate in the Batterer’s Education Program.

Teresa Joy Schott, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Schott received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Schott was placed on probation for 1 year, required to complete psychological treatment, attend the Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a No-Contact Order.
Milton Lewis, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Lewis was ordered to serve 24 days in jail and then be on probation for 1 year. Lewis is to participate in the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a No-Contact Order.
