Domestic Abuse Dispositions
04/29/2008 Keyvin Levan Payne pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Payne received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Payne was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and to participate in the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.

Martelle Kameran Cason pled guilty to Assault with a Weapon. Cason received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. Cason was placed on probation for 2 years and required to participate in the Assaultive Behavior Class.

Steven Ray Schroeder pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Schroeder was ordered to serve 53 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Schroeder was to obtain a psychological evaluation and to participate in the 36 week Batterer’s Education Program.

05/01/2008 Henry Edward Moss, Jr. pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Moss was ordered to serve 105 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Moss was to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, attend the 36 week Batterer’s Education Program, and abide by the 5 year No-Contact Order.

Emanuel Julius Raiford pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Raiford was ordered to serve 15 days in jail and then placed on probation for 1 year. Raiford was to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.

Ronald Wayne Christensen pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Christensen was ordered to serve 23 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Christensen was to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.
