Rita Simon plead guilty to and was sentenced for the crime of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, cocaine base “crack,” a Class B felony, in case number FE216521. The Court suspended her twenty-five (25) year sentence and placed her on probation for two years. This defendant was prosecuted by the Polk County Attorney’s Office Drug and Gang Bureau.
Timothy Noble plead guilty to two different charges of Persuading a Minor to Engage in Prohibited Sexual Acts and videotaping and taking photographs of the incidents. These incidents all occurred at Mr. Noble’s apartment. The victims involved were all 14 and 15 years of age. The district court, by Chief Judge Arthur gamble, found Mr. Noble guilty of these offenses, accepted the guilty plea and set a sentencing date for June 16, 2008.

Ronnie Isaac appeared for a probation violation hearing. He had previously been found guilty of Indecent Exposure, 2 Counts Harassment in the 3rd Degree and Interference with Official Acts. The Court found that the defendant had violated his probation by possessing/ viewing pornography on his computer and cell phone, accessing the internet, possessing alcohol, and repeated curfew violation. The Court revoked the defendant’s probation and ordered that he serve 120 days at the Polk County Jail.
Jenny Parker had a probation hearing wherein the Department of Corrections sought her discharge from probation. Defendant Parker owes approximately $6,461.90 in court costs and attorney fees. The State requested the defendant to be continued on probation for another year. Department of Corrections and attorney for defendant requested discharge with a lien on court costs. Defendant was discharged from probation with a payment plan for her remaining court costs.
Allison Oliver appeared for sentencing after pleading guilty to Theft in the Second Degree on March 26, 2008. Defendant requested a deferred judgment and per the agreement, the State did not resist a deferred judgment. Defendant was granted a deferred judgment with probation, restitution and conditions of probation.
Rhonda Williams plead guilty to Fraudulent Practice in the Third Degree and by agreement between the State and defendant, received a suspended sentence with probation and restitution.

Steven Anderson was sentenced in Polk County Criminal Number FECR217163 to an indeterminate term of incarceration not to exceed 10 years for the crime of Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and to an indeterminate term of incarceration not to exceed 5 years for the the crime of Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance - Marijuana. Over the State’s objection, the Court granted Steven Anderson a suspended sentence and placed him on probation for a period of 2 years. The defendant was prosecuted by the Polk County Attorney’s Office Drug and Gang Bureau.
Kenyadda Horne was sentenced to prison in Polk County Criminal Number FECR218269 for a period not to exceed 10 years for the crime of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver - Crack Cocaine and for a period not to exceed 5 years for the crime of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver - Marijuana. The Court ordered the sentences to be served consecutively. The defendant was prosecuted by the Polk County Attorney’s Office Drug and Gang Bureau.
Christopher Martinez pled guilty to Burglary in the Second Degree. Sentencing is set for June 25, 2008
Justin Tinsley plead guilty to Escape and Interference causing Injury and, in addition, agreed he was in violation of probation for Lascivious Acts with a Child. He was sentenced to a term not to exceed ten years plus 120 days in prison.

On May 2, 2008, Robert Oakley pled guilty and was sentenced for the crime of Robbery in the First Degree. He was sentenced to a period of incarceration not to exceed 25 years. On May 8, 2008, Robert Oakley was also sentenced in federal court for the crime of Felon in Possession of a Firearm. He was sentenced to a period of 240 months for that crime. Those sentences will run concurrently with one another.
