Steven Samuel Schleicher pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Schleicher was placed on probation for 1 year and was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program, and abide by the 5 year No-Contact Order.
Jamie Michelle McDowell pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Causing Injury. McDowell received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $315.00 civil penalty. McDowell was placed on probation for 1 year and required to obtain a psychological evaluation, attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program, and abide by the 5 year No-Contact Order.

Trevor Paul Masten pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Masten received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $625.00 civil penalty. Masten was placed on probation for 2 years and required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.
Raymond Lee Brown pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Injury and was placed on probation for 1 year. Brown was required to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, attend the 36 week Batterer’s Education Program, complete the Parent Enrichment Program, and abide by the 5 year No-Contact Order.
Frank William Bohall, Jr. pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Bohall was sentenced to prison for 2 years and ordered to abide by the 5 year No-Contact Order.
Jason Lee Lippart pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Enhanced. Lippart was ordered to serve 39 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Lippart was fined $315.00 and required to attend the Assaultive Behavior Class, the 36 week Batterer’s Education Program, and abide by the 5 year No-Contact Order.
Kurtis Robert Coleman pled guilty to Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Coleman was ordered to serve 14 days in jail and then placed on probation for 2 years. Coleman was fined $625.00 and ordered to complete substance abuse treatment and attend the Assaultive Behavior Class.
Gregory Thomas White pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. White received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. White was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.
Darcy Rene Verstraete pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault. Verstraete received a deferred judgment and was assessed a $65.00 civil penalty. Verstraete was placed on probation for 1 year and required to attend the Batterer’s Education Program and abide by a No Contact Order.

Yarges was ordered to serve 63 days in jail and then participate in substance abuse treatment at the Men’s Residential Facility in Mt. Pleasant. Yarges was placed on probation for 2 years and required to attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.
Joshua Louis Stroeber pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Stroeber was placed on probation for 1 year and ordered to complete psychological treatment and attend the 24 week Batterer’s Education Program.
