Jonnette Wisecup pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Failure to Possess of a Tax Stamp in Polk County Criminal case number FECR218197. Hiracheta pled guilty on May 1, 2008 to the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Methamphetamine and Failure to Possess a Tax, in violation of Iowa Code Sections 124.401(1)(c)(6), 453B.3 and 453B.12. The defendant received a suspended sentence and probation and will be required to stay in custody until there is a bed a at a half-way house. Hiracheta was prosecuted by the Drug and Gang Bureau.
Cherie Bradhsaw was sentenced in Polk County Criminal Number FECR215918 to an indeterminate term of incarceration not to exceed 10 years for the crime of Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and to an indeterminate term of incarceration not to exceed 10 years for the crime of Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance - Oxycodone. The Court granted Cherie Bradhsaw a suspended sentence and placed her on probation for a period of 2 years with the added condition she attend the Women’s Residential Facility. The Court ordered the sentences to be served consecutively. The defendant was prosecuted by the Polk County Attorney’s Office Drug and Gang Bureau.

Scott Knackmuhs was sentenced to Assault with a Weapon and Harassment in the First Degree. Defendant received two years on count to be served concurrently with a no contact order.
Timothy Dale Noble FECR 218702 was sentenced to prison for 2 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. The defendant’s prison term is for a period not to exceed 10 years. In addition, he was sentenced to have No Contact with the victims, required to participate in sex offender treatment program, register as a convicted sex offender, and ordered to comply with the 2,000 foot residency restrictions. When the defendant is released from prison, he is committed to the custody of the director of the Iowa Department of Corrections for the rest of his life.
Emir Aviles plead guilty to Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card. Sentencing is set for August 11, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. in courtroom 204.

Joe Elvin Farnum FECR218752 pled guilty to Child Endangerment and Assault Causing Bodily Injury. The defendant was sentenced to 3 years in prison. The sentence was suspended, except for seven days in jail. Mr. Farnum was placed on probation, ordered to serve 110 hours of community service, obtain a substance abuse evaluation and follow through on recommended treatment, obtain a mental health evaluation and follow through on recommended treatment, attend the Assaultive Behavior Class and Comply with a No Contact Order.
Amy Wilson was sentenced in Polk County Criminal Number FECR218263 to an indeterminate term of incarceration not to exceed 10 years for the crime of Neglect of a Dependent Person. The Court granted Amy Wilson a suspended sentence and placed her on probation for a period of 2 years. The defendant was prosecuted by the Polk County Attorney’s Office Drug and Gang Bureau.

Tyler McAninch pled guilty to Delivery of a Controlled Substance in Polk County Criminal case number FECR216634. Although McAninch had multiple criminal convictions, the Court granted the defendant a deferred judgment over the State’s objection. The defendant was placed on probation for two years. This defendant was prosecuted by the Polk County Attorney's Office Drug and Gang Bureau.
Vincente Torres-Heredia was sentenced to prison in Polk County Criminal Number FECR219139 for a period not to exceed 25 years for the crime of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver - Methamphetamine. The defendant was prosecuted by the Polk County Attorney’s Office Drug and Gang Bureau.
A Polk County jury found Renard Andrews in Polk County Criminal Number FECR215901 guilty of the crimes of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – “Crack” Cocaine, Failure to Possess a Tax Stamp, and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana. Hickle pleaded guilty and was sentenced on charges of Manufacturing a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) as a Second or Subsequent Offender, Eluding or Attempting to Elude a Pursuing Law Enforcement Vehicle, two counts of Interference With Official Acts Causing Injury and Assault on a Police Officer With a Dangerous Weapon. Hickle was sentenced to 30 years in prison with a mandatory one-third minimum sentence on the manufacturing charge, two years each on the interference charges and five years each on the charges of eluding and assault. All of the sentences are to be served concurrently with each other. Hickle must pay D.A.R.E. and Law Enforcement Initiative surcharges and provide a DNA sample. Hickle was prosecuted by the Polk County Attorney’s Office Drug and Gang Bureau.

On January 4th, 2008, Nicholas Alyn Beal, FECR216497, was sentenced to 25 years in prison for the offense of Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance-Cocaine Salt Hydrochloride, as a lesser included offense of the TriaI Information, in violation of Iowa Code Sections 124.401(1)(b)(2)(b) and or 124.401(1)(b)(2)(d), a Class B Felony. On June 27th, 2008, his case came before the Court on his motion for reconsideration of sentence. The Court granted the motion for reconsideration of sentence; ordered that he be released from custody and placed him on two years probation. This case was prosecuted by the Polk County Attorney’s Office Drug and Gang Bureau.

Nan Kroeger FECR218023 was scheduled to be sentenced. The Court continued her sentencing to July 2, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. because the defense was in trial.
Timothy Allen Roaden FECR219713 pled guilty and was sentenced on 3 Counts of Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon, Burglary in the Third Degree and Theft in the 4th Degree. He was involved in three drive-by shootings and burglarized a residential home. The Court sentenced the defendant to prison for a term not to exceed thirty years.
Brad Losee FECR206073 had a probation violation evidentiary hearing. The defendant had been placed on probation for Burglary in the 3rd Degree and was subsequently sentenced to reside at the Ft. Des Moines Residential Facility. He had violated numerous rules at the Ft. The Court revoked Mr. Losee’s probation and sentenced him to prison for a term not to exceed five years.
