Jewell of the Prairie Tour

What:

Journey to the Grinnell and tour the “jewel box bank” designed by world-renowned architect Louis Sullivan in 1914. A step on guide will share the interesting architecture, historical buildings and other fun factoids of Grinnell. We will tour the “Water” exhibit at   Grinnell College’s Faulconer.   After lunch we will explore Rock Creek State Park via motorcoach and pontoon boats.  Our final stop for the day will be exploring downtown Grinnell and the local downtown Farmer’s Market.

Fee: $50; include motor coach transportation, lunch and tour fees. Departure from Prairie Meadows parking lot. Registration deadline is July 3.
