Walk-In Passport Services are available to the public from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday thru Friday. Applications are accepted by appointment only from 4:00pm-5:00pm with the last appointment at 4:30pm. For more information call 515-286-3160.
- The Recorder's Office will not process Passport Applications after 4:00pm without an appointment due to time constraints.
- Forms must be filled out in black ink only.
