Sheriff's Sales
The Polk County Sheriff's Office has deployed an upgraded
records management system in the Civil Division. This allows
the Sheriff's Office to provide a searchable database of pending,
sold and cancelled Sheriff's Foreclosure Sales. The
information is provided as a public service, and includes general
sales information.
Effective August 1st, 2011:
All pending sales will be available through the new
database.
Completed sales information will be available for 90 days.
