Office of Planning and Development
Director Frank Marasco began his career with Polk County in the Human Resources Department, and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Drake University as well as a Certified Public Manager designation from the State of Iowa. Director Marasco now leads the Office of Planning and Development. This team provides professional services internally to the Sheriff's Office.
