Office of Planning and Development
Director Jan Sears began her career in
Polk County government in 1976 and now leads the Office of
Planning and Development. This team provides professional services
internally to the Sheriff's Office. Linda A. Ford, RN, BSN ,
as a part of this team, administers the contract for inmate health
care at the Jail.
