POLK COUNTY JAIL COMMISSARY SERVICES
Polk County recently released a request for proposal for inmate commissary service for the Polk County Jail. Trinity Services Group was awarded a contract to provide commissary services at the jail.
Trinity and Polk County have been working to install new equipment and software. The switch over to the new software will occur on July 22, 2013. There may be temporary interruptions in members of the public's ability to place funds in inmate accounts as well as a slight interruption in commissary delivery to inmates.
Through Trinity's equipment and software, Polk County will be able to accept funds in the form of cash, credit card, debit cards, money orders, and cashier's checks.
Cash, credit card, and debit card deposits can be made using kiosks located in the public lobby at the jail. Money orders and cashier's checks may be mailed to the Polk County Jail. Online deposits may be made at www.mycarepack.com by credit card or debit card. There is a convenience fee for deposits made by credit card or debit card.
In addition to adding funds to inmate accounts, loved ones and family members will be able to purchase items via www.mycarepack.com for direct delivery to those incarcerated at the Polk County Jail.
We apologize for any inconvenience that these delays may cause, however we are striving to make the services available to both those incarcerated at Polk County Jail and their family members and loved ones more convenient and user friendly.
