TWO SUBJECTS ARRESTED FOR BURGLARY IN GRIMES

On January 2, 2013, Polk County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call from a resident reporting a possible burglary of a construction trailer on NW 18th Street near NW Calista St. When officers arrived on scene, they located a vehicle matching the description of the suspect car parked near construction trailers at NW 18th street and NW Norton Ct. Two subjects fled the scene on foot and were later located by officers.
The subjects, 19 year old Marlon Josue Caceres-Herrera and 19 year old Victor Landaverde were subsequently arrested, taken to Polk County Jail and charged with Burglary 3rd degree, Attempted Burglary 3rd degree, Theft 2nd degree, Interference with Official Acts and Possession of Burglary Tools.
