The Administration and Cash Management divisions comprise the Treasury Management Team. The employees of this team provide internal financial administration including budget control and services for banking, cash management and investments. They provide technical support for inventory control, statutory compliance and equipment. And, in addition, they provide personnel management through staffing, employee development, payroll records and communication.

The mission of the Administration/Cash Management Divisions of the Treasurer's office is to provide financial management, technical support and personnel management services.
