The Partnership for a Hunger-Free Polk County is a collaboration between the Polk County Board of Supervisors and the Polk County Health Department as well as more than 100 human service nonprofits.  The partnership will work together to increase awareness and access to services to residents in need, raise more money to help fight hunger in Polk County and work together to improve the communication about food insecurity between all entities.
