Gardens, Balloons & Spirits Eco-Bus Trip

Step on board for day of discovery in Warren County. Our first stop will be the Garden Barn. The restored 1886 post and beam barn specializes in nature inspired decor, garden art and miniature fairy gardens. Next stop is the National Balloon Museum.  Lunch at Crouse Café where the #1 rated cherry pie in Iowa will be served for dessert.  Following lunch we will tour the Annette Nature Center and Lake Aquahbi State Park.  LaVida Loca Winery will host our group for a wine tasting and share their story. Our final stop will be at local distillery to sample the local brewed spirits followed by a tour of Ted Lare Gardens in search of more fairy gardens and nature inspired garden art.

Fee: $55; includes motorcoach transportation, meals, and all tour fees. Registration deadline: May 18. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER.

Registration opens on March 25 at 8 am


Trip Cancellation Policy:  If the trip reservation is cancelled before the registration deadline the individual will be issued a full refund.   If the trip reservation is cancelled after the registration deadline, the individual will be refunded payment  only if the  assigned space is re-reserved by another person.  The refund shall be the amount of the trip less a $10 cancellation fee.  If assigned space is not re-reserved, no refund will be given. The trip reservation fee may also be transferred to another trip prior to the registration deadline providing the trip is not full.
