Horse-Powered Leadership Workshops

Elevate your team's leadership potential with an impactful, fun opportunity!
About Us
Through horse-assisted activities, your group will learn and practice valuable life skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and more. No riding or horse experience is necessary because all activities happen on the ground. Your team can leave the horsemanship skills to us while focusing on learning in a fun, new way.
Activities & Objectives
- Tug of War: Travel through various stations and use creativity to turn your horses around. Objectives: Communication
- Horse Billiards: Guide a horse using only non-verbal cues into one corner of the arena within 1 minute without touching the horse. Objectives: Leadership
- Blindman’s Bluff: A blindfolded team member leads a horse through an obstacle course while other team members give verbal cues to assist in successfully navigating the course. Objectives: Communication
