Some invasives are actually quite tasty with the right recipe - like garlic mustard. Help us remove this invasive and feed yourself at the same time! Gather up what you want, take your harvest home, and make garlic mustard pesto.

Garlic Mustard Pesto:

  • 3 cups of garlic mustard leaves
  • 6 ounces walnuts (almonds, pine nuts – your choice!)
  • 4 ounces parmesan cheese
  • Crushed garlic - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • While blending, add 6 ounces olive oil
  • Enjoy!
