Need to apply for a Passport? Then you need to make an appointment with our office. Call 515-286-3160 and we can help you out. We do not accept walk-ins. Appointments are also available thru your local Post Office if we don't have anything available.

New ATV/BOAT/SNOW Fees

Polk County Administration Building Visitor Entrance Procedures
Polk County has implemented new security measures at the Polk County Administration Building (111 Court Ave.). Those with business in the administration building will now be asked to enter only on the south-west side of the building facing Court Ave. and 2nd Ave in Des Moines.
