Cadet Car Show Fundraiser Event

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office partners with the non-profit Public Safety Cadets organization, which aims to prepare young adults for careers and leadership in the public safety profession.  Our mission is to assist and mentor these young adults to be confident, knowledgeable, and successful as they enter their public safety careers. 

The National Public Safety Cadets organization provides learning opportunities for Cadets to attend throughout the United States led by Law Enforcement Agency Representatives from the Federal, State and Local levels.  The events include the Leadership Development Academy, National Competitive Training Conference and Marksmanship & Career Skills Competition. 

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office Public Safety Cadet Unit must raise funds to assist in covering registration fees and travel expenses.  Proceeds from the Cadet Car Show will support these expenses.

2023 Cadet Car Show Registration process:

1. Complete the registration form and save or print. 
2. Registration submission and payment options:
   1. Email attached registration form to: communityrelations@polkcountyiowa.gov

Payment:  PCSO will email you an invoice to make on-line payment.

               Attn: Community Relations Division

                Payment:  Include cash/check or PCSO will email you an invoice to make on-line payment.

1. Drop-Off in person to: PCSO Headquarters at 5995 NE 14^th Des Moines

                Payment:  Cash, Check or Credit/Debit payment.
