Health Department Board

All meetings are on the third Friday of the month at 8:30 a.m. in the Polk County Administrative Office Building, Room 120. The week before the Board Meeting each member is mailed a packet of information containing an agenda, minutes from the previous meeting along with information and reports to be discussed at that month’s meeting. The length of the meeting is usually one to one and a half hours.
