Flu and COVID-19 Vaccines Available at Polk County Health Department

The Polk County Health Department is offering the updated flu and COVID-19 vaccines. These vaccines prevent illness during the upcoming fall and winter seasons. Getting your flu and COVID-19 vaccines helps to protect you, your family, and your community. Protecting vulnerable populations like seniors, young children, and those with chronic health conditions is especially important.

Sept. 19 - Oct. 31: Thursdays from 4 - 7 p.m.

During the the LSI Global Greens Farmers Markets held in the Polk County Health Department parking lot on the following Saturdays from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.: Sept. 28, Oct. 5, Oct. 19
