NE 43RD AVE & NE 7TH ST: SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION - UPDATE
Update: The contractor has completed all underground utility work and pavement work. All roadways are now open. The contractor will be onsite for approximately 2 more weeks completing restoration work and will return in the spring to address any final seeding if needed.

ROAD CLOSURE: NE 158THE AVENUE FROM NE 42ND STREET TO NE 68TH STREET
Please be advised that NE 158 Avenue from NE 42 Street to NE 68 Street will be closed Tuesday, November 7, 2023 through Wednesday, November 8, 2023 as part of a bridge repair project.

ROAD CLOSURE UPDATE: NE BERWICK DR
NE Berwick Dr bridge is closed for safety reasons & will be replaced. Plans are being finalized with the railroad & utilities so that bridge work can begin. See map below.

NE 126th Ave: Southbound Entrance & Exits Closing Monday, April 17th
Starting Monday April 17th at 10:00am until December 1st, the southbound entrance and exit ramp to I-35 at Exit 96 (Elkhart Interchange) will close. The Iowa DOT has a detour posted. Find more information on their website.
