Individuals who need property tax payment records can access the information from the Polk County Treasurer’s Office website.

To access property tax information, follow these steps.

1. Go to https://taxsearch.polkcountyiowa.gov/Search
2. In the Search by field, select the preferred option. Information can be gathered by parcel number, address, owner’s name and company name.
3. Enter the search term in the search field and press Search.
4. Select the desired record.
5. At the next screen, select Real Estate > Payment History from the left menu.
6. Review and record the desired the information.

Vehicle Registration Fee Payments

To access vehicle registration payment information, refer to the registration form received at renewal time. This is the form the renewal stickers were attached to. Directions on the form indicate it should be stored in the vehicle. You may find it there.
