Polk County Air Quality New Online Permit Portal Is Live

Polk County Air Quality has launched a new online permit portal called EZ Air Permits Portal (EZAPP). With this portal you will be able to submit applications and documentation for Construction Permits, Annual Operating Permits, Burn Permits and Training Fire Permits.

Benefits of the online permit portal include –

• Ease of permit submittal
• Tracking permit progress
• Online correspondence
• View submitted documents
• Online payments

While we encourage you to submit your applications through the EZ Air Permits Portal, it is not required at this time, and we will still be accepting hard-copy applications.

** Please note that items that are submitted under one user profile are not able to be accessed by other users. Also, keep a copy your user profile and password information for easy sign on in the future.**
