Polk County Weed Commission handles complaints for residents in unincorporated Polk County. Unsure of jurisdiction? Check the address on Polk County Assessor’s page, where jurisdiction is indicated on the top right. If you are within a city limit, you must contact that city with your request.
To file a complaint for unincorporated Polk County, email a detailed location or complete address, with a description of the issue. For a returned call provide your name & number. We do not handle tree & bush complaints. If you received a notice, provide us with your name, number, address cited on the notice and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
